Been going to this place for a few years now and will absolutely keep going! The crew is so freaking nice and they always have what I need in stock. They even give amazing recommendations when you need. For example, I have a min pin who will try to swallow the last little bit of her bones and it makes me nervous! I asked them if they had a recommendation for a different type of bone (I usually get the bully sticks) and the gentleman showed me to this nice little contraption that's essentially a vice you put the bone in so they can't get to that little end. It's been a game changer!!

First time walking in and I'm amazed! Very friendly staff and healthy array of fish, birds, and reptiles. Can't forget the unbelievably reasonable pricing!! Highly recommend getting your next pet here and all the necessary supplies.

I breed dragons so I’m always in here buying bugs and other needed items for my pets. They are the absolute best! So personable, always willing to give advice or help, great prices, and rarely out of stock with whatever I need. There isn’t a single person that works there that isn’t friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend for any of your animal supply needs!

Wonderful staff and quality options from treats and toys to food (and items I've never seen in other pet stores, for example: freeze dried quail eggs). Love the vibe here! I'll definitely be back ☺️👍🏽 …

Everybody at this store is so amazingly nice. They sell an assortment of animals and you can tell how well they are all taken care of. We've bought pea puffers here before and today we went in to buy a pair of rats. They raise them as feeders but were so happy that we wanted them as pets. They pulled out the tank and let us interact with the rats to find ones with good temperament and made sure we had all the necessities for them. I love this store so much.

The best pet store ever, period. I've been coming here since I was 19(17+ years), and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and kind. It's a family business, and the atmosphere goes along with it. I commonly make the trek there from a good 50 minutes away just to grab some pet food and say hello. You guys are the best! Still love y'all!

Love this place so much. The food is always fresh and my pets love it. Definitely a staple in our house to have things supplied by this local store!

We had such a wonderful experience at this pet store today. It’s so refreshing to walk into a small, non-chain shop where you can truly feel how much the staff cares. Both employees were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took so much time with us, answered all of our questions without rushing, and walked us through everything we would need to properly care for our new guinea pigs. As first-time guinea pig owners, it meant a lot that they didn’t just try to sell us products and they really made sure we understood how to set everything up and what would keep our girls healthy and happy. You can tell they genuinely love animals and take pride in what they do. We left feeling confident, prepared, and excited. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest guidance and exceptional customer service.

Pet's General Store is such a fun place to visit. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions you may have. Stepping into this nostalgic store gives you that warm feeling of a " mom and pop's store. They also have the sweetest, cutest parakeets around.
